Hi- I'm still learning the ropes on how to use all the great coupon deals out there and it seems like a lot of people go to CVS or Walgreens to use their rewards bucks. On the rewards bucks for either, is it money that is applied towards your next transaction? I'm not sure how this really works.

Sometimes those stores seem more expensive (like on the Kelloggs specials at CVS this week) but you get money back. Are the rewards really worth it?
