I got this email from a CSR for Organic Valley when I asked for coupons. They do not send out coupons upon request but she offered this option.
We have a few different coupon programs in place as a way of "thanking" our consumers. Our main program is our printable coupons off our website at
www.organicvalley.coop . There is a link on the right hand side to get e-coupons which then generates a page with 7 categories of our product types for which we offer coupons. Consumers are allowed to print up to 4 coupons per category type, per year. Make sure to check out all the other great information on our website too!
Another option is to sign up for our Farm Friends program (which is totally free!) that consists mostly of our newsletter, Rootstock. The current issue has 8 dollars worth of clip out coupons in it and there are a few extra coupons in the packet as well.
