I've been trying to figure out everyrhing on this site, I'm so lost most of the time... I'm squicking pennies and out of work. I need all the help I can get to find ways to cut down on the family budget & food bill. Mother hubbards cupboards are almost bare...HELP! I've put together a list of coupons, foods we eat, etc., but I can't figure out where to post it on the site. What are the rules of trading coupons? What are the ways people trade coupons? I have lots of questions. Thank you...
