Pico de Gallo Fresh Salsa
Tip: Do NOT use a food processor or electric chopper to chop your veggies. You do not want them obliterated, just chopped nicely. I have one of the Vidalia Onion Choopers and I use it for all the ingredients for this recipe, except the cilantro, which has to be chopped by hand. You can chop all ingredients by hand if you like.
Slice tomatoes and chop into small pieces. Put into bowl, juice and all. Chop onion and add to bowl as well. Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds (you can use them if you want, but it will be a lot spicier), add to bowl with other ingredients. Crop cilantro finely and add to bowl as well. Add about 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, and 2 tablespoons of REAL lime juice. Stir up all ingredients in bowl. Add more seasoning if desired. Ready to eat now, but better if refrigerated for a little bit. Should be rather liquidy.

I usually just take maybe 6 or so pieces and chop it.
