Chili's Salsa
1.In food processor place jalapenos and onions. Process for just a few seconds.
2. Add both cans of tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin.
Process all ingredients until well blended but do not puree.
3.Place in covered container and chill.
A couple of hours of chilling will help blend and enrich the flavor.
Serve with your favorite thin corn tortilla chips.
i got this recipe from recipezaar.com but i have done these variations to it.
* I use 2 garlic cloves and salt instead of the garlic salt.
* I use the juice of 1 lime.
* I drain the juice from the canned tomatoes to make the salsa less runny. If you like it runny, keep the juice.
* The flavor is better if you let it in the fridge over night.
