Eggrolls
- Saute 3 cloves of garlic and a medium onion in two tablespoons of vegetable oil until tender.
- Add 1/2lb of ground pork and brown.
- Add 5 cups of cabbage coleslaw blend and stir-fry on high for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp of powdered ginger, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and desired about of salt & pepper.
- Take egg roll wrap add filling and fold left & right sides and dampen the closing edge and it seals it.
- Deep fry at 350degrees or until brown.
