- 1 1/2 lb ground meat (browned)
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 package pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 can Refried beans
- 1 small can tomato sauce

Taco Dip
Mix all together in crock pot and let melt for a few hours, stirring every once in a while. Serve with chips.
