expired Similac formula coupons

Does anyone know what grocery stores if any will accept expired baby formula coupons? I have 6 $5 off coupons that I just found that expired last month that I want to give to a friend.

I would say no if they are checks (which most formula coupons are). The bank will not honor checks that are expired and they will return the item to the store. Even regular coupons can not be redeemed so I wouldn't think they would take formula checks.
I would call Similac and ask for new ones.

No..they will not take them..the only people that can use them are military! I have an address for a military family if you cant use them.

I have had this happen before and I called the company and they sent me new ones to replace the expired checks - they also sent a sample too!!! So it wouldn't hurt to call and ask.

Question about using expired coupons in the military - does that only apply to families that are on military bases?? I have a friend who is living off base with her son while her husband is in Iraq could she use them at a normal store?

They can only use them at a military store, she can live of base but has to go to the military store to use them..commisary thats what it's called!
