Workers Compensation Act poster/New Mexico
http://www.workerscomp.state.nm.us/partners/poster.php
The WCA poster is available free of charge. You can download it here or request printed copies from the WCA. What is the poster for and how should you use it? Read all about it in the Special Edition Bulletin. You must use Notice of Accident forms with the poster. The law requires that these forms must be posted on or near the poster. They are not downloadable because they must be printed on two-part carbonless paper. Find forms in the policy packet sent to you by your insurance company, rr request forms from the WCA. Posters and forms are available in person from any office of the WCA To request printed copies of the poster and/or Notice of Accident forms by mail, contact the Publications Service Office at 841-6000 or In-state toll free at 1-800-255-7965. These materials are free of charge. For large quantities, you will be asked to pay mailing costs. For complete information on federal and state posting requirements, visit the NM Department of Labor. All required state and federal posters are available free of charge to employers. They may be downloaded from government websites or in some cases obtained from NM Department of Labor offices. Employers never need to pay for required posters. |
