Shopping List
  • Batter ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Cups Quick Oats
  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Applesauce
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbs. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg White
  • Topping Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs. Butter (melted)
Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

Heat oven to 400 deg. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Add applesauce, milk, brown sugar, oil and egg white. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter in cups.

Bake for approx. 20 minutes.

Yum! This sounds great! I have everything needed in the house right now, so I might make it. I wish there was a print button to print this off like a recipe card to use.

Yeah I know, I usually copy and paste into works then print it because I hate writing them out!

I just made these today and they are GREAT!! Very easy to make!

I think the next time I make them I'm going to dice up a fresh apple to put in there too! MMMMM
