Shopping List
  • 8 0z. container of cool-whip
  • 2 small boxes of french vanilla pudding
  • 1 pack of graham crackers
  • ___________________________________
  • "Topping Ingredients"
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla flavoring
Chocolate Eclair

Mix pudding according to package, then mix with cool-whip, layer pan with graham crackers, then mixture. Making sure the bottom & top layers are crackers. Mix topping ingredients together and bring to a boil, let boil 1 minute. Let cool. It should begin to thicken, pour on top of last layer of graham crackers. let chill at least 1 hour, but best if it sits in fridge over night.
