I just got off the phone with Karen. She said "never again..." will she post anything on this site. It was her first posting for something and she told me she screwed up, while crying of course. She is having a bad week, her RA is causing her a great deal of problems. She took the comment about the repost as a personal insult.
Vicky combines the posts that appear to be reposts. It is very unnecessary for people to tell someone that they have posted a repost.

people make mistakes, and with all that is in this site, its almost impossible to know 100% of the time whether what your posting is the first post. theres no reason to get upset

Well, I'm grateful for this post if that helps. I love Kashi products but have cut out cereal to cut down costs so now I get a free treat!!!

yeah it's good to have repost. Some new people just don't get how to use the site, I didn't for a while. And I don't think it was an insult. I am quoting meself now "if you can't take Criticism then you shouldn't say anything" That wasn't ment as an insult either. Just saying. I love you guys.
