There are lots of unadvertised sales that you don't want to miss out on just because you left your coupons at home!

Know the layout of the stores you frequent, especially where they put clearanced items and check them out first. Plan your shopping trip by looking at the circular and pulling coupons before you go. Being prepared, especially when shopping with kids, can really save you time and money.

My goal, every planned shopping trip, is to save more than I spend, with the exception of alcohol purchases. Being prepared is how I do it.

Good luck and have fun!
This is great advice! It's just about the same thing that I do.

I go through ads on Sunday and try to get coupons that I would want to use for products that are on sale by Friday (the coupon swap forum is awesome, by the way!). I make a grocery list and I stick to it! I have my coupons that I will use during my shopping trip set out so I can get them and use them. I always have my coupon keeper with me wherever I go -- if I forget it, then I almost always see something on clearance that would've been a great deal if I would've had my coupons with me!

Between sale ads and coupons, it's not uncommon for me to save $50 weekly on grocery shopping. Kroger is my biggest saving store -- I spend $43 there on Friday and saved $33.xx with coupons and their store card.

Hope this helps!

I had a manufacturer BOGO coupon for Curel, another manufacturer .75 cents off curel and 2 $2 off curel walgreens coupons from the easysaver catalog. I had two products and 4 coupons, 2 manufacturer and 2 store coupons. Anyway, after all was said and done, I paid about .75 cents for both lotions. I just made sure the BOGO coupon was the first one that he entered, so there wouldn't be any problems.
ok so if i have a b1g1 man coupon i can stack a regular coupon with that right?
but if i have 2 1.00 off man coupons i can't stack them tho right?
am i making sense?

I normally have around a $100.00 and spend around $50.00 . I just started back up with the coupons. When my kids were little I used to coupon shop everything. their all grown now and its just me and Gary. It is a challenge to me to see how much I can save. the one thing I can tell you is this, the manufacturer expects tyou to use that $1.00 coupon and get the larger container they have. I don't. I will take the $1.00 coupon and buy the samllest or travel size and get it free. when I find a coupon I can use on a samll item and get it free I will start looking for that coupon to trade for.then I can get 4 or 5 of those small items free and that is equivalent to the large but I paid nothing. I hope that is useful info for you.
