question about Printables?

My printer does the coupon fine upc and all except the picture of the product anyone know why? Does it have to do with the printers memory capacity? I have it set for image too and still the pic is light to nonexistent

Could your printer be out of color ink possibly? Some printers have seperate black and then color cartridges. Just a thought.

We only do B&W...
I think I figured it out took all night again. but...I need to tell it to print ALL on the page and not just Selection. Which I mean Hello of course when I select a coupon I want ALL of it!!! There isn't even a place to just select the graphic!!!Duh!

I normally print coupons in B&W and the logos never print out on mine either and I've never had problems using any of them.

ok explain this... i black mine out... but when you print coupons in the right corner it has my zip code, date u printed the coupon, and some other info that i have no clue? maybe my ip address? what the heck is it?? and why do they feel the need to print it on there??? i have kept forgetting to ask
