Don't forget about the email coupons! Also, I just received Pampers coupons in the mail (3 fliers 1 for hubby and two for me. Not sure how it happend but I am not complaining). So if I am correct should be able to use the manufacturers coupons as well as the target ones?

You're actually not supposed to use more than one Target coupon per a specified item. It is stated in their coupon policy that they allow only one Target coupon + one Manufacturer coupon per an item. So if the Target coupon covers two items, well then you can't use additional Target coupons for either of the two items already covered by one Target coupon.
Target is really starting to crack down on coupon users because some people choose to not follow the rules. I've noticed that somebody actually stands up front to assist the cashiers with coupons to make sure they aren't allowing stacking of manufacturer or Target coupons.

if they are on sale.... 2 for $16 you can use two target $3 off coupons (two packs of diapers + wipes) and two manufacturer coupons i.e. 2, $2.00 coupons. thats $10 off diapers and wipes purchase....

or can you use 2 $5.00 target (with wipes) and 2 - $2.00 manufact. and get $14.00 off diapers and wipes purchase

am I correct? or is this "stacking"

You can always stack a store coupon with a manufacturer's coupon, as long as the coupon policy doesn't prevent that. Our local Kmart sometimes issues special coupons and we can't use manufacturer coupons with it, its stated right on the coupon.

You can, if you have these use :

$.50 off wipes coupon
$2/$3 off Pampers pants (or $1 off regular diapers)
and combine those with Target's $3/$5 off purchase of wipes & diapers/pants

depending on the combinations of what you buy and which coupons you have, its definitely a great deal if you're buying the pull up diapers/training pants

Or any diapers.. the $2/$3 ones on training pants work on regular diapers, too!
