Coupons for Target???

I got some coupons for Target from someone, (there on a card 3x5), does anyone know how to get this coupons? Are these coupons that only some people get or how does that work, if someone can please explain it to me. Thanks

These coupons that someone gave me are NOT the printable ones.

I get those in the mail periodically. I think I have gotten them 2-3 times and my baby is 9mos. I think because I had a baby registry there. I am not sure if you can sign up for them or not.

I never had a registry at Target, but I get them in the mail. I don't remember ever signing up for anything.

I get them as well. I have had a baby registry, I have there credit card, and I order online from them TONS. Hope you get some!
