It seems like it would be a better deal just to get them at Wal-Mart since they are priced like $2.97 each there anyway.

I would think you can. I have bought thinks before that were b1g1 and I had two $1 coupons and they took both of them. I know CVS had done it.
Check your cvs, I bought the Sunsilk Therma care(I think that is the one) and they were on clearance for $1.12 |

I think you can. I have used a bogo coupon on a bogo deal from the store and have gotten the items both for free.
