Has anyone ever used the coupon for the 25.00 gift card on a prescription that will be covered with medical assistance?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by medical assistance... do you mean like medicaid or healthy start or something like that? If so that is not allowed. It says on the coupon that you cannot use it with government funded insurance. Although my mom was able to use it with her insurance but hers is military government funded insurance.

Yeah, if it's Medicaid or Medicare they will not give you the gift card.

you can get the gift card if you have regular employer or self paid insurance though
we have gotten 3 of them before all in a matter of a couple of weeks due to different RXs

I agree. Our CVS has signs stating this at the drop off and pick up counters. Sorry!
