Who's making sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving?

I was just at Walmart mailing packages, and they had sweet potatoes on sale for 25 cents a pound. I was excited because I had just put them on my Target list where they were 49 cents, so maybe you will be excited too. If not, I will just enjoy them all by myself

I usually just cook the potatoes and then mash them with a bit of butter and brown sugar. Then I put them in a casserole and bake with marshmallows on top. But, I am open to a better suggestion. I knwo my aunt puts alcohol is hers, but I don't remember what.

I have always made this and it is a huge hit every where I go with it.

I make mine without too, as my son is allergic to tree nuts.
