For some reason its not working for me either.

I do have to say though, I bought the direct foam and while I did like it, the darn pump broke only a third through the bottle. But I emailed them and let them know and they sent me a free coupon for any dawn product... with NO up to amount. So I am currently on the search for the biggest, most expensive bottle of Dawn I can find. Anyone know where they sell huge refill bottles?

I would assume wal mart of target are your best bet
