question about cvs prescription transfer gift card

I have never done this before and I found this coupon online http://users.ameritech.net/holquest/CVS.pdf and I was wondering if it is legit?? If so do I just take that and the script? I have never gotten a prescription for my daughter at CVS but I have for myself 4 years ago, not sure if that means I won't be able to use the coupon...

I'm not sure if it's legit or not but you will be able to get stuff filled there with a coupon even if you have never been there.

The only way to know if it is really legit is to email CVS.

Yeah I kinda guessed that and I don't have the time to wait for them to email me back as this is something that I need to have filled today! But thanks for the heads up!

It looks like other CVS RX coupons I have seen. So I would guess it's legit.

I just wanted to add that I just looked at one that someone emailed me that they got in their email from CVS and it has the same code on it so I would say it's good. I'm going to use it!

I have used them in the past you, just need to present that coupon when you pick up & pay for your prescription. They will just swipe a gift card for you right there. Its great.
