529 Plan?

Has anyone researched into 529 plans for their kids education and future? I'm looking for one that yields great return (of course) but is flexible (i.e. money can be used in any state) and transferable between kids, any suggestions would be great!

We have them set up for our kids but they vary state to state. We purchased ours from Virginia (I believe) even though we live in Massachusetts. VA a more advantageous plan for us so be sure to find someone that really knows all the plans and can help you.
