I live in Neenah (near Appleton) WI and got two packets in my paper this morning. I would say they were average for me. There were two for Red Lobster which we just love...

There are some Vaseline product coupons as well as a lot of food items -- Pillsbury, M&M's, and Turkey Hill ice cream are the ones I can remember.
