Would they sell?
My mom has asked me to try to sell some of her clothes and stuff since her medication has caused her gain a large amount of weight. She has a variety of tanks, like the ones ladies wear under a long sleeve shirt or casual suit jacket. Some have the built in bras and others dont & some are plain while others have decorations like lace at the top. She's got them in all colors, some with tags & some gently worn.
My questions: - are these likely to sell, especially now with the weather changing? - how would you list them? Variety of styles & colors as a lot, or keep all the same style in different colors together? Or other suggestion? - and could I get away with mailing them in a priority envelope (obviously charging only priority rate shipping) or do they need to be put in a box? The only thing we've sold on ebay is car parts & a couple Stampin Up stamp sets, so dealing with clothes is a whole new ballgame for me. |

You can stuff clothes in the flat rate envelopes, I've done it before.
But perhaps they'd sell better as a lot? I think people are starting to look for fall clothes now, but since they are good for layering, I can't say for sure if they'd sell or not. If they are various sizes, definitely list the sizes together. Other than that, I usually just do some research in the completed listings and see what other similar items have sold for and go from there. Good luck. |

You might want to look into consignment shops... I have better luck at those places when selling!
