She never mentioned sending the shorts back. The shorts were only $.01. Shipping was $3.

I think she just wants me to keep the shorts and she'll refund the money if I take the feedback away. I sent her an email asking why she reported me as non-paying and asked if she did indeed get the payment. I'm waiting to hear back on that before I do anything about the refund/feedback.

For 3.01 cents, your both wasting each others time. At that price you shouldnt have been so critical, but since they acted so unethically you should be sure to get a refund and keep the products, the bid retraction is up to you. i wouldnt do it, but I also wouldnt mess with someones business over a 3 dollar pair of shorts, it seems like you got the seller angry and they overreacted, ya'll should mnake peace, lol

The seller must have lost money on shipping. Its funny as a seller, I get the most difficulties out of the cheap auctions. So much so, that i no longer deal with anything with less than a 30 dollar starting bid, best business decision ever.
