OK, so I read about this on another site and didn't believe it.
But, it worked for me today, so I'm sharing with you now! :)

BUT it's ringing up $10.99 in stores, but most stores, for some reason, didn't mark it down.

My receipt shows regular price $74.99, clearance price $10.99.

Check to see if your store has it, using the "check stores" link and if your store has it in stock, GO GET IT!

Out of the 7 stores nearest to me, only 1 showed in stock, and they had TWO! Which I, of course, bought tonight when I went to see if the deal was for real.

Just out of curiosity, I looked up Boston and San Diego and Boston has one store with it in stock and San Diego has 2.

It looks like a nice, fancy shredder, and it has good reviews both on BestBuy.com and on the other site I saw this deal on.
