- 1 cup of vinegar
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tbs. of liquid hickory smoke
- 1 tbs. salt
- 1 Boston Butt ( 3 to 4 lbs.)

Crockpot Barbecue
Place Butt in cooker; mix remaining ingredients together and pour over roast. Slow cook over night, or cook on high 1 hour, then low for additional 4 to 5 hours.. Pull meat and serve with favorite barbecue sauce or make a sandwich and top with cole slaw for a different twist.
