  • 12 Cheddar Pierogies
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic - pressed
  • 5 oz. spinach
  • 1/2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Baked Spinach Pierogies

Thaw one dozen pierogies in boiling water for 3-5 min., uncovered. Drain. Pour cream of mushroom soup into casserole dish, add thawed pierogies, and a mixture of chopped onion, pressed garlic and 5 oz. spinach sauteed in 1/2 tbs olive oil. Top with 1/4 cup each of mozzerella and parmesan cheeses. Bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes.
