this was in wondertime as a breakfast for dinner so yummy i had to share

Shopping List
  • bread( makes 6 pieces crusty or italian works best)
  • 4 eggs
  • orange juice 2/3 cup
  • dash of nutmeg
  • tsp of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 3 tbls of honey
Cool Honey baked french toast

preheat oven to 375
place the honey and butter in a 9x13 baking dish, put in oven until melts and bubbles (about 8 minutes) take out
in a bowl mix egg juice and seasoning place each side of the bread in the mixture, let it soak up really good!!!
place in the honey mixture and bake about 20-25 minutes
after its done turn each side over honey side up, to let it soak up the remaining butter/honey! no need for any surup!!!
