can someone explain to me hpw staples easy rebate works?

It's been a while since I've done one. I did it for paper months ago. They print you out a receipt with instructions for filling it out online. I know it was pretty easy and quick... it's not in my 'bad rebates bank.' LOL

thats all i needed to know is where the form comes from, i wasnt sure if it came out with receipt or if i needed to look up online! thanks a bunch!
