Uses for leftover pork tenderloin

I had a dinner party Sat night and have lots of leftover pork tenderloin that we grilled. Any suggestions for easy reuses of it? I know I can always shred it, add bbq sauce and throw it on a bun but I was curious if anyone had any other ideas. Thanks!

Turn it into stir fry. Stir Fry some veggies, add meat and stir fry sauce and serve over rice. Yummy!

make some toast, mashed potatoes and slices of pork tenderloin and stuffing and gravy.
then make a "mountain" on the plate in the following order starting from bottom to top
toast
mashed potatoes
pork tenderloin
stuffing
gravy
it is really good-better than the knife and fork sandwiches at bob evans.

Cut it up and make beef Ramen Noodle and put in it. Easy and cheap! I do this with all kinds of left-over meat and chicken. Just buy different kinds of Ramen Noodles. Kids love it too!

Thanks for all the great ideas, Ladies! Hopefully we won't be sick of pork by the end of the week if I try out all these different uses for it!
