Sauce??

I have some left over cooked chicken breasts and a bunch of very ripe yellow, red, purple, and green peppers. I wanted to make a kind of stir fry or something. Any ideas on a sauce I could make to go on it???

How about stir frying it in olive oil w/ salt and pepper or other of your favorite seasonings......maybe garlic

I always use chicken or vegetable broth in my stir frys.
