Question Sour Cream Expiring need to make something with it! Please help!! Tia!:)

I have 2-16oz containers of sour cream which expire today!! August 11th.....seems funny that sour cream expires anyway.....

Please help! What can I make? Is there a dessert which would take that much? I know there is ambrosia with tiny marshmallows and mandarin oranges, pineapples and cherries right??? Looked at the potato soup and am thinking about it but that requires only 1 cup/8 oz.

And if someone uses 4 cans of evaporated milk and that equals 6 cups reg.... What would the equation be with 2 cans of evaporated milk and the rest then be 3 cups of reg milk? tia again~Cm

With sour cream, you could make:
cheesy hashbrown casserole
banana bread
taco dip
triple chocolate cake

When I have an extra container of sour cream, I usually bake my chocolate chip banana bread.

What about stroganoff? Mix the sour cream and the packet of seasoning with some browned meat (steak or hamburger) and top it off with egg noodles. Yummy!

I use sour cream to make butter rolls.. They are so Yummy!!!
2 cups of self rising flour
8 oz container of sour cream
1 stick of margarine softened
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin pan ( or just regular baking pan). Bake at 425 until golden brown. Serve hot . We use honey butter or strawberry butter on this rolls sometimes.
