Here is a recipe for Wendy's restaurant chili. It calls for canned beans, but I'm sure you could boil the dry ones, then add them to the mix.

This is how I make chilli:

1 lb. ground beef cooked
1 onion cooked
1 can of kidney beans
1 can chilli beans
2 cans of dices tomatoes
add salt, pepper and chilli seasoning to taste

I'm sure you could figure out the ratio and use the dried beans. Remember that dried beans work best when soaked over night then cooked. Discard the water that they were soaked in and the beans will produce less gas.

I do
Pinto Beans
Kidney Beans
Great Northern Beans
1 lb hamburger ground up
garlic salt
1 can Tomato Sauce

If you do want a little spice you can cut up jalepenos and add just a little bit I did this in my last batch and it was just enough for a hint but not like really spicy.

I usually do a can of each but I have cooked my own pinto beans and I add about cup to my chili so if you cook your dried beans just put abuot a cup of each or a little more of one you like better.
