Frozen Yogurt Bars
Just more of a tip, than an actual recipe but it works very well. Sometimes yogurt will sit too long in the fridge, and I will find it the day before it is about to expire. No way can I or my family it that much yogurt that quickly. So you can stick a popsicle wooden stick into the cup and toss it in the freezer. Or you can put it into the popsicle molds if you have a big tub of yogurt. Once frozen, they are great. Freezing it stops it from going bad. And the kids think it is a treat, but actually is healthy. Great for summer.
Put Stick in Yogurt
Put Yogurt in freezer
Once frozen, run the outside of cup under hot water to help it come loose.
Enjoy!!!

Great tip. Never thought of this idea. I will definitely have to do this with summer hitting us. We all love yogurt around here and usually don't have a problem with them going to expire, but use this tip anyhow.
