This looks like it is for business, ( company called ALT) about cutting expenses and purcahsing their tonsers. I wonder if this should go under freebies/business category??

Wasn't there something like this before? I remember doing a survey for a Starbucks gc and never got it.

Do you know how many surverys I have filled out and forms completed and never received anything? I don't even receive half of my freebies in the mail ( free samples Walmart!!). I know my postal carrier is stashing them in his bag and taking them home to his wife!!!! HELLO>>>>felony offense !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm with you Shandi, it seems like we've done numerous Starbucks and I have never received anything....
