The Honey Bunches Recipe Contest begins October 8, 2009 and ends October 31, 2009.

All recipes must include one or more variety of Honey Bunches of Oats or Just Bunches! Send recipes to recipes@onespoonful.com. By submitting a recipe, contest participants agree to allow Post to use it for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: posting on company Web sites, reproduction in company emails and other materials. Post employees, contractors and their families are not eligible to participate. One first prize of a case (12 boxes) of any Honey Bunches of Oats or Just Bunches! variety will be awards to the winning recipe. The winning recipe will be selected by a panel of judges, all of whom are employees of Post.
