This was in 1997, but it was a GREAT win, so I have to share.

I won a trip to Paris. No kidding -- airfare, hotel, rental car! It was a promotion for the movie That Old Feeling which probably none of you remember (because it was an awful movie). We were at the theater to see a different movie but signed up anyway -- we didn't see That Old Feeling until after we'd won. It was out on video, so we felt obligated to rent and watch (LOL!).

We extended the trip and went to Britain as well.

That sounds like an awesome win!!! I have never won anything in my life except when it came to awards in school and they gave you a certificate with your award. I guess in a sense I paid for it with all my hard work. I'm just not lucky.

Wahoo! I actually won something! I don't even remember entering this contest but yesterday when I got home there was a package waiting for me. But apparently I was a First Prize Winner in the Vicks & Serena Sinus Match-Up Sweepstakes....I won a crystal carrying case for sinus medicine....it is sooooo pretty and came in this really cute girly bag.....yay!!!

today was just junk, but yesterday, I got those three samples of perfume from a while back. Do ya'll remember, it's like you go and fill out a questionaire and they reccomend three perfumes that are best for you. Can't remember the site name or address at all (sorry) but I got my samples yesterday, they actually smell a lot like something I'd wear. Thanks to whoever posted it.

I actually won the seventh prize in a contest I entered back in November and December 2006. It was a turkey dish from Campbells, but when UPS delivered it, it was broken!!!! Just my luck I finally win something and it is broken!!!! Oh well, I wish I was more lucky.

My mother has always called me lucky. I seem to win stuff all the time. I have won the lottery twice. Neither time was any big amount...just like twenty something the first time and sixty something the second time. I won a trip to the Bahamas in 2002 and actually went....it was awsome. I have won 2 other trips shortly after the Bahama one, but I turned them down because you do have to claim them when it is tax time and I didn't want to have to pay taxes. I have won quite a few other little things, but nothing as noteworthy as the Bahamas.
