Year-round: (note: this may vary from store to store, but this is the general rule)

Monday -- Infants department, Kids clothing and Electronics (maybe food also)

Tuesday -- Women's clothing, Domestics

Wednesday -- Men's clothing, Garden, Toys, Health and Beauty

Thursday -- Lingerie, Shoes, Housewares, Sporting Goods, Luggage

Friday -- Cosmetics, Hardware, Auto, Home Improvement and Jewelry

Holidays:

All holidays except Christmas follow the 3-3-2 rule:

The first 3 days after the holiday are 50% off.
The next 3 days are 75% off.
The next 2 days are 90%.
After that it goes to salvage.

I was just at our Target today (I always go Monday b/c they mark down kids & baby) - but just a heads up to check all clearance racks, even if they only say 30% off b/c they had about 4 racks all marked 30% and they were 75% - like their pajamas rack - girls sleepers and pjs for $3.74. The girls winter jackets were also marked down 75% - around $8 for really nice coats. I check the toddler section but they were pretty picked over - still had some good deals, though. Again - if you have time, check all the racks!!!

I was just at Target today and the shoes were all mismarked with the clearances. It looked like they were all 75% off. I got my son boots for next year for $6.24 and sneakers for $4.48 and my daughter got shoes for $3.24 and sneakers for $3.74. They were all marked higher 30-50%.

I went to Target on my lunch hour and was able to find my son shorts and running pants for $1.48 each. I could not believe it. I walked out of the store with 7 pairs of really nice shorts for this summer (and a few for next) and some running pants that he can use right now for $10.00.

Pepsi products in our Target are 4/$11 for the 12 pack = $2.75 - $1 coupon = $1.75

there is also a peelie at my target, buy 4 12-packs get pepis max free, used 5 $1 off and got all 5 12-packs for $5. Ours are marked 4/$10, not $11 like the ad. Might be an oversight and not last, but well worth a trip

Bummer, no peelies at mine! But I may have to go back tomorrow to check again because I wasn't looking for them. But I did still get the 12 packs for $1.75 a peice so still pretty good!

And my target still has Clairol Nice and Easy (the hair coloring I use) on clearance. They are the bundle packs with the root touch up kit too, for $3.50. I had $2 off coupons so I got two more for $1.50 each, you cannot get a better hair coloring price! I am now set for the next year!
