how do so many people save so much money? i use coupons but don't save that much. What are coupoints?

Coupoints are what you get when you have made a trade with another member. They leave a comment about the trade and with each successful trade, your coupoints raise.

i save a lot of money buy only buying sales and then 3 stores by me double coupons everyday up to .99, so i save big that way too! kroger advertises it, but giant eagle doesn't so much, neither does meijer, it is in fine print on my ads though! but since i have only shopped ads with coupons i have built a nice stockpile, so i don't have to buy the same stuff all the time. i rotate purchases, and definitely def stockpile!
ISO deli meat,any smoked sausage or keilbasa,ragu sauce,chex snack mix, cheerio snack mix, any cereal,kraft cheese,string cheese (let me know what brand),yogurt,Camel cig coupons, and any oatmeal, cereal bars, waffles,wipes, manwich,philidelphia cream cheese,toaster strudel, flavored creamer,any juice,kashi bars,any shampoo, ARM $ Hammer Deoderant, toilet paper, lactaid milk, frozen veggies, lysol/chlorox wipes,dreft off any product not specific, bounce dryer sheets,breakstone sourcream,always need any hand sanitizer!! but will take random coupon exchange as well.

If I didn't trade w/so many wonderful traders on here I would not be saving as much as I am. I find a lot of coupons, which are usually hard to find organics and such and not in Sunday papers, from traders on here that find them in various non-inserts around the country as well as getting them mailed to their home. Also, it has a lot to do w/matching the coupons up to sales/BOGO FREE store promotions for even deeper savings. My Publix grocery store also accepts competitor coupons for $ off total purchase, etc... so that helps too.

Hello to all .... yep another new kid on the block..... I'm open to anyone that will help me. my quist is to shop like the coupon pros, get $200.00 worth of food for $50.00 thats what I'm talking about!!!!! I live east of dallas in a small town so I comp Wal-Mart with all my ad's. Brookshire is our big store around here, and they are high even if you shop the sales and have coupons. I have 6 grandkids all live close so they are at my house alot. love to garden and I love to train horses (just grond training ) well thats a little about me and my 5 acers of heven, oh yes I work full time.... Well thats it a nut shell
hope to here from you all.
