Hi, I am new to this site, and a relatively new couponer. I had a few questions about both if anyone might know.

1. Is there a site or a listing where I can find coupon policy's? I have called and I seem to get the runaround, like the store is scared they are going to tell me a big secret!

2. Where can I find the best coupons?

3. How do you trade coupons on here?

4.What does ISO mean?

5. How many hours per week do you spend average on your couponing?

6. How is everyone's day

1. I really dont know...hopefully someone that does will post! I think you have to go to each stores individual website and find them...not sure

5. Me....1 hour. I get the Sunday paper I clip what I want to use...thats all...but there are lots of ladies who get really hardcore about it...I applaud them! All You magazine is a good to find 'different' coupons They sell this mag at walmart

6. Fabulous!!! Its rainy and dreary here but its better than snow

1. most coupon policies are written on their ads if they double or not, i would say call the store to see what their policy is on IP, or just try them one time and see if they get accepted

2. Everyone here will post coupons they find, you can also search the companies websites mainly under promotions and find coupons there

3. when trading you can either list what you are ISO, and then someone will ask for soemthing they mau need in return, or list what you have and then someone will trade for things you may need, that is why a lot of us have our ISO in our signature, that way you always know the main items they need. then you leave a coupoint for each trade.

5. too many to count i think, between trading watching the ads to see what the best deal is, and cutting out 2-3 inserts i get can take some time!

6. could be better! almost luch time so al the kids are very restless! and i need more sleep! But hope you have fun here! I have loved it! Welcome!

	Mom to: Gage-6 JaeLyn-4 Diesel-2 ISO: paper towels, toilet paper, kids soaps, shampoo and conditioner, Wanchai Ferry (1.00), Salsa, tortillas, chips, kids snacks, yogurt, cheese, Nacho cheese, any flavored milk, Energy drinks, Pepsi products, Cleaning supplies, Fruit snacks, Cereal, Granola bars, dog food, dog treats, weight loss help, and my sanity. Also wouldnt mind IP coupons, at least until my printer gets fixed (or I convince hubby to buy me a new one).
