Changes coming to Vicky's

Hey y'all,

It's been awhile...I've been a l'il bit swamped lately. But never fear, we have some exciting things coming soon:

- Revamp of the forum categories:

The Grocery Store forums will not be the place for general coupons anymore. Based on feedback, people felt these posts were the same as the "Latest Coupons" posts. And I agree. So, all "general coupons" will now go into "The Latest Coupons" and we'll have an expanded list of specific Grocery Stores deals!
In these hard times, I felt like there should be a bigger emphasis on helping out monetarily, so we'll be adding to our eBay sections and finances sections.

Plus, I'd like to introduce Suzanne Wells, the "ebay Selling Coach" -- she is a popular expert on eBay selling and will have her own new category! Coming very, very soon! Get your questions ready!

And, I have a question for y'all -- who here would be interested in having their own blog here?

Hope to hear from a bunch of you!

I personally prefer the individual links for grocery, drugstores, etc. as opposed to the Latest Coupons link...

I agree...I like the individual links. It would be nice to see the expanded version just expand with new stores listed.

As far as the blog idea, whatever floats your boat. I link my blog in my siggy, anyways. I think it'd be a nifty thing to have on the site, though.

i agree with the coupons, especially when it comes to check for repost, too msny coupond scattered around, just because i may need a coupon for tylenol, doesn,t mean i buy it at a drug store, so i am all for the change, i think all coupons should be in one place.

i would like to see a kid section added to the maternity ward, alot of us like to ask for advice from other moms, and i think it bogs down the chit chat room, if we had our own section for that it would be great!

excited about the changes, and great job with the site vicky! you have a lot of happy members here! very happy to have joined!

I would like to see coupons divided by the following categories:

Inserts with subcategories for RedPlum, P&G, SS

Printable with subcategories for each type: baby, grocery, HBA, household supplies

Tear pads

Wine tags

Coupons found in magazines

Coupons from contacting companies

I would put store specific coupons in the current store category. It would make is so much easier to find the type of coupon you're looking for.
