Reminder - Ink cartridges (Staples, Office Depot, etc.)

I know this works at Staples (where I shop) - take your used ink cartridges in and $3 coupon. This would be great for those wanting to purchase school supplies. You can use up to 3/shopping visit = $9

Staples: valid ones are from HP, Lexmark, not sure about others

My Staples used to let you take the $3.00 per cartridge off your purchase. Now you have to belong to the Staples Rewards Club.

Yep, that's what I found, too. BUT---here's a tip I learned. Know your ink cartridge #. ALWAYS check when you are in Staples to see if they have it. IF they are out, buy one and they will give you $10 off and send it to you (it arrives the next day!)

Joining Staples Rewards is FREE!!! Plus you get a Staples check (coupon) back of 10% (at least some of the purchases) when you purchase items at Staples - quarterly. Plus now they put the ink cartridges (Max. is 3/day = $9) towards that quarterly check.

I can't remember if it was Office Max or Staples, but one of them will no longer take Lexmark cartridges here.

Staples' new ad (2/1/09) says they're now accepting also Brother, Canon and Epson.

You can recycle 10 any ink cartridges per month and receive $3 back in Staples Rewards per cartridge.

This is great, I have Canon and I have always recycled my cartridged but this time I get to get some money back! Helps me buy more ink cheaper!

Oh sweet. I didn't realize Staples did this and was going to drive out of my way to office depot. There is a staples right next to the big lots I attack on my lunch hour. THANKS!!
