Doing the math, it's not that great of a deal.
Size 2-3 Diapers * 152 count = 40.99 (This is the price on the website)
You have to buy two of the boxes to get the $15 GC.
That's over 22 cents per diaper. Usually 17 cents and less per diaper is considered a good deal.

LOL....I won't buy diapers if they aren't 17 cents a piece or lower either. We've been using the Target brand since they are only 14 cents a piece. Size 4, 92 count box @ $13.69.
